Our popular competitive development program for young paddlers age 13+ years who have at least one year of paddling experience and want to improve their paddling skills and competitive outcomes. Participants will have the opportunity to train in individual and team boats with experienced coaches. Spring, Summer, and Fall on-water programs are offered, as well as a Winter dryland program.
Our High Performance team is for competitive sprint canoers and kayakers age U15+ (born in 2011 or older) who are motivated to train hard all year to achieve excellence in their sport at regional, provincial, national, and potentially international competitions.
This program is for experienced outrigger paddlers or people such as former dragon boaters who are seeking new challenges.
Our Masters Sprint Program is geared to introduce both intermediate (previous paddling experience) as well as support advanced level paddlers. Participants will work on and advance their technical skills as well as enjoy an organized training program that improves overall fitness.
