Choose your distance and style — competitive or casual!

Recreational Paddle (5KM)

• South loop around Banana Island

• Perfect for beginners or relaxed paddlers

Sprint (10KM)

• Two laps of the south loop

• Great for speed and short-distance racers

Paddleboard / Outrigger (10KM)

• South loop + North loop

• Open to SUP and outrigger paddlers

Marathon (15KM)

• South loop → North loop → South loop

• For endurance paddlers

All courses start and finish at the Cascades dock:

• Yellow - South Loop (5KM): Around Banana Island (avoiding rocks)

• Red - North Loop (5KM): Up to Farm Point and back

Simple, scenic, and easy to follow.

Don’t have a boat? No problem.

We’ll have limited boat loan options available for:

• Marathon paddlers

• Outrigger

• Paddleboard

Please contact us beforehand if you want to borrow a boat.

Bring your friends, family, and teammates — this is just as much a social event as it is a race.

This event is about more than racing:

• Showcase the Cascades Club waterfront

• Grow and connect the local paddling community

• Build our volunteer network

• Create a fun, accessible annual tradition

• Clearly marked course routes

• Water safety considerations in place

• All participants must follow basic paddling safety practices

• We will have safety boats on the water and first responders on site

Fun is mandatory. Safety is non-negotiable.

Race participants will be eligible for race prizes and door prizes.

Merch is available for purchase online, the store will be open until May 15th.

All orders will be delivered to the Club in late June.
