Paddle All
The Paddle All program offers adults with special needs the opportunity to learn the sport of canoe and kayak in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Our Paddle All community is a close-knit group that works on getting comfortable in a boat, canoe and kayak techniques, boat and water safety skills, team building and having fun! This program has a high coach-to-athlete ratio to ensure that every athlete’s unique needs are met.
This program is geared towards independent paddlers who already have experience in sprint kayak and touring kayaks. Structured training sessions are given by experienced and certified coaches and the focus is on improving boat skills, balance and fitness. Encouraged is competitive participation and development towards the Special O / Paddle All competitions in August 2026 at Nationals in Ottawa.
