Vision & Mission
2025 to 2030
Vision: all Cascades Club members love paddling!
Mission: to offer an inclusive paddling program pathway from novice to excellence with skilled coaches while having fun and building connections and community.
As an inclusive Club, we offer a range of programs to all levels and abilities of Club members. The paddling program pathway provides Club members with access to a progressive learning and competitive environment so they can grow in their preferred paddling sport or recreational activity. Our coaches are experienced, certified and trained. We believe in building connections bydeveloping and deepening relationships between our members and creating a sense of community.
Our culture – the environment of our paddling program – is one that creates a sense of well-being through physical fitness, personal development, and challenge. Our culture enables Club members to build community by connecting with each other. We respect our physical environment and enables members to connect with nature and the Gatineau River. We create a sense of belonging and together we make things happen and have fun!
