Kids Intro to Sprint (9-13yrs)
Summer Half-Day or Full Day Program
Kids Intro to Sprint is the next step for children ages 9–13 who enjoy our traditional Summer Camp, or who already have more advanced paddling skills, and are looking for a bit more of a challenge. Full-days or half-days, the 2 week sessions keep all the amazing elements from summer camp that campers have come to love — games, swimming, and social time — while shifting into a slightly higher gear with more time in the boat and opportunities to explore and paddle more advanced, sprint-style boats and experience a regatta or two.
In addition to free play, campers take part in structured paddling sessions, group challenges, and active games that build coordination, confidence, and efficiency. All within the same fun team spirit and supportive environment Cascades is known for.
Key outcomes for participants are stronger paddling skills, greater self-confidence, and an even deeper connection to paddling.

The Half Day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Session 3: July 27 to August 7 (2 weeks)

The Full Day runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Prices
Half Day 2 week session for Members: $516.00
Half Day 2 week session for Non-Members: $607.00
Full Day 2 week session for Members: $912.00
Full Day 2 week session for Non-Members: $1,049.00
We encourage the young paddlers in this program to experience a regatta or two during the summer.

Important Information
RAMP registration: Mandatory for all U9 to U18+ sprint paddlers who are in programming at their clubs that are under their PTSO or Divisional jurisdiction for competitive or insurance purposes. They may or may not take part in competitions but registration is mandatory for all participants in this program. Registration is free to participants.

Cascades Club Vacation Policy: We recognize that summer is a special time for families to travel and spend quality time together, and we encourage you to make the most of it. However, please note that the Cascades Club does not offer pro-rated fees or refunds for any weeks of the program that your paddler is unable to attend. Our pricing reflects the understanding that not all families will be able to attend every week. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your continued support.
