The 2011-2012 SPINNING SEASON IS NOW IN THE SECOND SESSION!

Spinning is an excellent way to stay in shape after the summer season!
It can be done at any level of fitness.

There are several ways to register. Please fill in the registration form and send it with payment either by
1. mailing it to the address at the top of the form.
2. putting it in the black mailbox at the front of the club.

NOTE THAT 2012 CLUB MEMBERSHIP MUST ALSO BE RENEWED AT THIS TIME.
$100 per individual and $200 per family.

January 2 - February 26
March 5 - April 29

Fee structure:
Participants must be Cascades Club members. 2012 Club membership fees are now due. $100 per individual, $200 per family. Click here to download your registration form.

Spinning fees:
1) $75 for 8-week session. One reserved time slot per week. Note: Second reserved class costs $60 (for the same individual).
2) $60 for child (under 17 years) doing an 8-week session. One reserved time slot per week.

Please Note:
a) The Club owns 11 Schwinn Pro bikes. All bikes have combination clip and basket pedals.
b) Children participating in the classes must be at least 4'11'' and accompanied by an adult.
c) Class participants cannot move from one class to another. However for each 8-week session, each participant will be given two passes which will give the participant the flexibility to take two different classes during their 8-week session. These passes cannot be carried over to the next session. Present the pass to the other instructor at the beginning of the class. Priority will be given to the regular participants of that class.

Cascades Club membership benefits include:
1) Access to the docks and a terrific swimming area. Club canoes and kayaks are available for use by members. For a minimal extra fee, members can lock up their own canoes/kayaks at the site for private use.
2) Members can rent the Club for social functions.
3) A very popular summer camp offering week-long sessions with swim
lessons.
4) Two international squash courts with squash instructors promoting
round robins and children's lessons.
5) A weight and fitness room.
6) A successful kids' canoe/kayak program and Masters' paddling program.
7) Two dragonboats with four club teams, both recreational and competitive.
8) Karate classes three times a week.
9) Yoga class once a week.
