The Cascades Club is available to members and non-members on a rental basis.

Many weddings, anniversaries, meetings and community events have taken place in the Club over the past 80+ years.

Rental Fees:
MEMBERS: $35 per hour ( maximum $50 / day )
NON MEMBERS: $35 per hour (maximum $125 / day)

Rental Conditions:
All events require a signed ”Rental Form “plus a $150 cleanup/damage/bar deposit.

Rental Exceptions:

Club functions: - No rent and guest fees at discretion of the Executive
Community events: - Rent may be waived at the discretion of the Executive
Not for profit organizations: - Rent may be waived at discretion of Executive
Long term : - Rent negotiable

Guests:

You are encouraged to bring a guest to introduce them to the club. Your guest may only attend three (3) sessions before acquiring a membership. DON'T FORGET, you are a part owner of the club and it is in your best interest to get your friends to join.
