Programs at the Cascades Social and Sports Club

 

** ALL programs at the Cascades Club require a social membership first and foremost.

Squash

The club has two (2) international, air-conditioned squash courts available to members. Courts are reserved by filling in the booking sheet at the front entrance, or by the telephone. Non-marking court shoes and eye protection must be worn during play. Members are encouraged to bring a guest. Each guest may play up to a maximum of four (4) times at a cost of $5 per game. Spinning (Indoor Cycling)

This is an excellent form of exercise for everyone. Spinning classes are offered mornings and evenings from the end of October to April and are led by qualified instructors. For more information, please contact Lynne Evenson at (819) 827-2931 or email her at lynne.evenson@sympatico.ca.

Fitness Room

There are free weights, a universal gym, a rowing machine and stationary bicycles available to social members at no extra charge. Children are not permitted in the fitness room.

Summer Camp

The club is running an eight (8) week day camp this summer, for children aged 6 to 12 years of age. This camp runs July and August. For more information contact our camp director, Ben Wightman at benwightman@hotmail.com.

Dragonboating

SQUASH SEASON HAS STARTED! Monday night is Round Robin from 6 pm to 9 pm
Thursday night is Ladies Night from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.


GREAT NEWS Cascades Senior and Premier women have both earned a berth to race in Hong Kong.
The Premier women's boat is now recruiting potential paddlers.
