Facilities at the Cascades Social and Sports Club

The Cascades Club has many facilities available to its members as part of their membership benfits. All are also available to non-members on a rental basis.

We have a ball diamond, horse shoes and soccer field, a childrens play area, as well as squash courts, fitness room, waterfront access and full meeting/banquet facilities.

Squash Courts:
We have 2 international squash courts available to members and their guests.

Fitness Room:
The Club has a fitness room on the second level complete with a Universal gym, free weights, exercise bicycle and rowing machine. Members are free to use the room at any time. A personal trainer is available by appointment to get you started or to help monitor your progress. There are also men's and women's locker rooms with showers.

Meeting and Banquet Room:
The Club has a large hall (seating100+) that has been used for many different functions, including weddings and community events.

Waterfront access:
The Cascades Club has waterfront access on the beautiful Gatineau River. Canoes and kayaks are available for use.

Full Kitchen and catering services:
Our kitchen is available for rentals and full catering by professional staff can bearranged.

Fully licensed bar:
Our fullystocked and licensed bar is open at Club events and for rentals on request.

YOGA WINE AND CHEESE NIGHT WITH SHELLEY HARRISON Friday January 27 at 7 p.m.
90 minute yoga stretch/workout followed by wine and nibbles or chai tea.

SQUASH SEASON HAS STARTED! Monday night is Round Robin from 6 pm to 9 pm
Thursday night is Ladies Night from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.


GREAT NEWS Cascades Senior and Premier women have both earned a berth to race in Hong Kong.
The Premier women's boat is now recruiting potential paddlers.
